Experience the thrill of our intensive train service running on all three days of the event.

Class 50 Diesel 50017

Catch Class 50 diesel 50017 "Royal Oak" in action on Saturday and Sunday only, with departures from Loughborough at 11:55am and 2:00pm.

Two Locomotives In Steam

Marvel at the power of two locomotives in steam on passenger trains throughout the weekend.

Footplate Visits

Step into history with exclusive footplate visits at Leicester North. Available on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, immerse yourself in the world of railway operations. Don't miss your chance to experience the locomotive up close on selected times.

Journey to Nunckley Hill and Mountsorrel

Embark on a journey to Nunckley Hill and Mountsorrel aboard our heritage trains. Your ticket includes entrance to the heritage centre at Nunckley Hill, where you can explore the rich railway heritage.

Hop aboard single railcars and journey through the decades. Experience the North Eastern Railway Autocar, Test Car “Iris,” and Class 153 - 153 371 (subject to availability).

Quorn & Woodhouse Station Tour

Take part in a journey through history on our First Quorn & Woodhouse Station Tour on Saturday, March 30th! Starting from the Goods Shed at 1:10pm, this guided walking tour will delve into Quorn station's fascinating past, including its role in the Second World War and insights into its present operations.

Farewell to the North Eastern Railway Autocar

Don't miss your last chance to travel on the North Eastern Railway Autocar before it returns to Embsay and Bolton Abbey Railway. Catch Iris and NER Autocar operating services on the Mountsorrel Branch for a truly nostalgic experience.

Refreshments at the Tin Shed

Our much loved Tin Shed in the Quorn Station yard will be be open daily throughout this event from 10 am to 5 pm. Offering refreshing cask beer & other alcoholic drinks along with teas, coffees, soft drinks and light snacks for you to enjoy.
